Events & Fees

You can stay for two days. Departure on Sunday at 2.30 p.m.
Programme: Ashtanga Yoga Asanas & Pranayama and introduction to Anatomy of Wholeness.
The Fee is 270 Euro.
Note that you can also connect this weekend with the retreat week before or after.
All levels are welcome. Also complete beginners!
If you have been to our retreat before and bring a new student, both you and the new student will get a
discount of 40 Euro.
Arrival on Friday at 5.30 p.m. at Hanko railway station and departure is on Sunday or Monday after lunch at 2.30 p.m.
There is a train connection from Helsinki to Hanko approx. at 3.30 p.m. The train journey to Hanko takes approx. 2 hours.
A taxi van will pick you up at Hanko Main Railway Station at 5.30 p.m. and take you to our harbour.
In case you are coming by car then the address is Sandöströmmen 93A, 10900 Hanko. You can park your car safely at our harbour for the duration of your stay.
What to bring
Please bring sheets. In case you forget or prefer to travel light you can hire sheets for 20 Euro/set.
If you don't have a yoga mat you can use one of the yoga mats provided.
Bring two towels. Soap for washing your clothes. Water bottle as it is recommended to drink a lot of water during your stay.
Warm clothes and a flash light.
We also suggest that you bring some pocket money to enjoy all the cakes and different coffees in the Café.
Once you have confirmed your booking we will send you more detailed information regarding the payment.
Terms and conditions
Make sure you have valid travel insurance as insurance is not included in the price.
What is included in the price: Lodging, three meals / day , three teaching sessions / day (asana practice, pranayama and talks by Stefan).
If you miss the arranged pick-up or departure be prepared to pay for a taxi (approx. 25 Euro) and a boat taxi (approx. 50 Euro).
Only arranged transfers are included in price.
Cancellation fees will be incurred as follows
1st Payment (deposit):100% loss of deposit if the student decides not to come.
2nd Payment (remaining fees):100% loss of payment if the student decides to not complete the worksho
