A 5-day long Ashtanga Yoga intensive retreat with Saraswathi Jois and Sharmila at Kadermo - Conscious Living, in the beautiful archipelago of Finland, 12th - 17th of May, 2019.
The workshop programme consists of mysore and led classes (full primary series) as well as pranayama and chanting sessions. Saraswathi will also offer the participants an opportunity to participate in an open discussion, in Mysore often referred to as a Talk or Conference, in which students can ask questions in an open forum.The daily programme here is a draft, some changes may happen.

This workshop is open to students of all levels. However, some familiarity with the Astanga Yoga system is highly recommended.
Teaching fee 380 Euro. (Early bird full amount 320 Euro due by December 15th).

There are two payment options for the teaching:
1) Register with the Early-bird price of the workshop, only 320 Euro. (Due by 15th of December).
2) Register with a non-refundable deposit, 100 EUR (due by 15th of December) to reserve your spot.
Balance of 280 EUR due by March 15th. Total fee 380 Euros.
After registered, you will be invoiced via email (due date 15th of December) .
Note that you can only register for the full workshop (5 days). All prices incl. VAT (10%).

We have room for the first 35 students. Fee 380 Euros.
Including lodging, three meals / day, sauna and arranged transfers on arrival & departure day.

Hanko is located only 10 km from the island. For those who choose to lodge in Hanko there will be arranged daily transfers from the mainland to the island for the Yoga classes.Travel instructions
Arrival on Tuesday at 5.30 p.m. at Hanko railway station (Asana class with Saraswathi starts early Wednesday morning).
There is a train connection from Helsinki to Hanko approx. at 3.30 p.m. The train journey to Hanko takes approx. 2 hours.
A taxi van will pick you up at Hanko Main Railway Station at 5.30 p.m. and take you to our harbour.
In case you are coming by car then the address is Sandöströmmen 93A, 10900 Hanko. You can park your car safely at our harbour for the duration of your stay. Departure is on Sunday after lunch at 2.30 p.m.What to bring
Please bring sheets. In case you forget or prefer to travel light you can hire sheets for 20 Euro/set.
If you don't have a yoga mat you can use one of the yoga mats provided. Bring two towels.
Soap for washing your clothes. Water bottle as it is recommended to drink a lot of water during your stay.
Warm clothes and a flash light.
We also suggest that you bring some pocket money to enjoy all the cakes and different coffees in the Café.

Make sure you have valid travel insurance as insurance is not included in the price.
What is included in the price: Lodging, three meals / day, sauna and arranged transfers on arrival & departure day.
If you miss the arranged pick-up or departure be prepared to pay for a taxi (approx. 25 Euro) and a boat taxi (approx. 50 Euro).
Only arranged transfers are included in price.Cancellation fees will be incurred as follows
1st Payment (deposit):100% loss of deposit if the student decides not to come.
2nd Payment (remaining fees):100% loss of payment if the student decides not to complete the workshop.
