Winter Holiday Ashtanga Yoga Retreat with Stefan Engström, Authorized level II by KPJAYI
You can join our  retreat on the following dates below and stay for a weekend (two days), a week (five days), or a long weekend (three days). If you stay the full time it would be a total of 10 days.

Possible arrival days  
Friday 19th, Sunday 21st  and Friday 26th of February

Departure days
Sunday 21st, Friday 26th, Sunday 28th of February and Monday 1st of March.

There are two hours of yoga asanas in the mornings and one hour of pranayama in the afternoons. Besides the standard Ashtanga programme, there will be an additional programme two hours per day. When ever it is possible there will be one extra pranayama practice per day.  Also as special programme in the afternoons we will focus on the higher limbs of Ashtanga yoga: Pratyahara ( Detachment and coming in to presence , Daharana (Allowing an effortless focused presence to pull you deeper in to your essence) and Dhyana – meditation.(Becoming the observer and one with your inherent essence.)

Dates & Fees
Weekend (2 days, Friday 19th to Sunday 21st of February) 290 Euro.
Week (5 days, Sunday 21st to Friday 26th of February) 550 Euro.
Long weekend (3 days, Friday 26th of February to Sunday 1st of March) 370 Euro.
If you stay for the full 10 days a special discount of 10% is given.

If you have been to our retreat before and bring a new student, both you and the new student will get a discount of 40 Euro. This needs to be mentioned at booking.

All levels are welcome. Also complete beginners!!

Travel instructions
Arrival is at 3.30 pm at Hanko railway station. Departure is at 2.30 p.m.
There is a train connection from Helsinki to Hanko at approx 1.30 p.m. The train journey to Hanko takes approx. 2 hours. 
A Taxi van will pick you up at Hanko Main Railway Station. 
In case you are coming by car then the address is Sandöströmmen 93A, 10900 Hanko. You can park your car safely at our harbour for the duration of your stay.

What to bring
Please bring sheets. If you don't have a yoga mat you can use one of the yoga mats provided. Warm clothes and a flash light.
Bring two towels. Soap for washing your clothes. Water bottle as it is recommended to drink a lot of water during your stay.

Once you have contacted us by email we will send you more detailed information regarding daily programme and payment.

Terms and conditions

Make sure you have valid travel insurance as insurance is not included in the price.
If you miss the arranged pick-up or departure be prepared to pay extra for a taxi and a water taxi.
Cancellation fees will be incurred as follows
100% loss of payment if the student decides to not complete the workshop.
