DESCRIPTION:During the Easter holidays you can stay for four days. From the 2nd till th
 e 6th of April.\n The fee is 530 Euro.\nProgramme: Ashtanga Yoga Asanas, Pr
 anayama & Yoga of Presence and Wholeness.\n Teacher Stefan Engström. KP
 JAYI Authorised teacher level 2.\n \nAll levels are welcome. Also complete 
 beginners!\n \n If you have been to our retreat before and bring a new stud
 ent who has not been to the island before, both you and the new student wil
 l get a \n discount of 40 Euro.\n \n Travel instructions\n Arrival on Thurs
 day at 5.30 p.m. at Hanko railway station and departure is on Monday at 2.3
 0 p.m. \n There is a train connection from Helsinki to Hanko at 3.30 p.m. T
 he train journey to Hanko takes approx. 2 hours.\n A taxi van will pick you
  up at Hanko Main Railway Station at 5.30 p.m. and take you to our harbour.
  Pack your stuff in a back-pack.\n In case you are coming by car then the a
 ddress is Sandöströmmen 93A, 10900 Hanko. You can park your car safely at o
 ur harbour for the duration of your stay.\n \n What to bring\n Please bring
  sheets. \n If you don't have a yoga mat you can use one of the yoga mats p
 rovided.\n Bring two towels. Soap for washing your clothes. Water bottle as
  it is recommended to drink a lot of water during your stay.\n Warm clothes
