DESCRIPTION:You can stay for two days. \nProgramme: Ashtanga yoga asanas and Pranayama 
 & Introduction to Yoga of Presence and Wholeness.\nThe Fee is 330 Euro.
 \n Teacher:  Stefan Engström.\n \nNote that you can connect this weekend wi
 th the retreat week before or after.\n \nAll levels are welcome. Also compl
 ete beginners!\n \nIf you have been to our retreat before and bring a new s
 tudent, both you and the new student will get a discount of 40 Euro. This n
 eeds to be mentioned at booking.\n \n All levels are welcome. Also complete
  beginners!!\n \n Travel instructions \n Arrival on Friday at 5.30 p.m. at 
 Hanko railway station and departure is on Sunday at 2.30 p.m. \n There is a
  train connection from Helsinki to Hanko approx. at 3.30 p.m. The train jou
 rney to Hanko takes approx. 2 hours. \nA Taxi van will pick you up at Hanko
  Main Railway Station at 5.30 p.m.  \n In case you are coming by car then t
 he address is Sandöströmmen 93A, 10900 Hanko. You can park your car safely 
 at our harbour for the duration of your stay.\n\n What to bring\n Please br
 ing sheets. If you don't have a yoga mat you can use one of the yoga mats p
 rovided. Warm clothes and a flash light.\n Bring two towels. Soap for washi
 ng your clothes. Water bottle as it is recommended to drink a lot of water
