DESCRIPTION:You can stay for two days. Departure on Sunday at 2.30 p.m.\nProgramme: Ash
 tanga Yoga Asanas, Pranayama and introduction to Yoga of Presence and Whole
 ness.\nThe Fee is 330 Euro.\n \nNote that you can connect this weekend with
  the retreat week before or after.\n \nAll levels are welcome. Also complet
 e beginners!\n \nIf you have been to our retreat before and bring a new stu
 dent, both you and the new student will get a discount of 40 Euro. This nee
 ds to be mentioned at booking.\n \n All levels are welcome. Also complete b
 eginners!!\n \n Travel instructions \n Arrival on Friday at 5.30 p.m. at Ha
 nko railway station and departure is on Sunday at 2.30 p.m. \n There is a t
 rain connection from Helsinki to Hanko approx. at 3.30 p.m. The train journ
 ey to Hanko takes approx. 2 hours. \nA Taxi van will pick you up at Hanko M
 ain Railway Station at 5.30 p.m.  \n In case you are coming by car then the
  address is Sandöströmmen 93A, 10900 Hanko. You can park your car safely at
  our harbour for the duration of your stay.\n\n What to bring\n Please brin
 g sheets. If you don't have a yoga mat you can use one of the yoga mats pro
 vided. Warm clothes and a flash light.\n Bring two towels. Soap for washing
  your clothes. Water bottle as it is recommended to drink a lot of water du
