DESCRIPTION:Autumn Ashtanga Yoga Retreat with Stefan Engström, Authorized level II by K
 PJAYI \nYou can join our  retreat on the following dates below and stay for
  a weekend, a week or a total of eight days.\nPossible arrival days are:  \
 nSunday 11th and Friday 16th of October. \nDeparture days are: Friday 16th,
  Sunday 18th and Monday 19th of October.\n\nThere are two hours of yoga asa
 nas in the mornings and one hour of pranayama in the afternoons. Besides th
 is standard Ashtanga programme, there will be the additional programme as m
 entioned below. (Approx an other two more hours per day).\n\nProgramme &amp
 ; Dates\nWeek  (Sunday 11th till Friday 16th ). Ashtanga yoga asanas, Prana
 yama and  Psychosynthesis.\nTeacher: Stefan Engström\nWeekend (Friday 16th 
 till Sunday 18th or Monday 19th.) Ashtanga yoga Asanas, Pranayama and Quest
 ions & Answers.\nTeacher: Stefan Engström\n \nFees\n One week (5 days f
 rom Sunday to Friday) is 600 Euro.\nNormal Weekend (2 days, Friday to Sunda
 y) 330 Euro. \n Long weekend (3 days, Friday to Monday) 400 Euro. \n\nIf yo
 u have been to our retreat before and bring a new student, both you and the
  new student will get a discount of 40 Euro. This needs to be mentioned at 
 booking.\n \n All levels are welcome. Also complete beginners!!\n \n Travel
  instructions\n Arrival is at 5.30 p.m. at Hanko railway station and depart
 ure is at 2.30 p.m. \n There is a train connection from Helsinki to Hanko a
 pprox. at 3.30 p.m. The train journey to Hanko takes approx. 2 hours. \nA T
 axi van will pick you up at Hanko Main Railway Station at 5.30 p.m.  \n In 
 case you are coming by car then the address is Sandöströmmen 93A, 10900 Han
 ko. You can park your car safely at our harbour for the duration of your st
 ay.\n\n What to bring\n Please bring sheets. If you don't have a yoga mat y
 ou can use one of the yoga mats provided. Warm clothes and a flash light.\n
  Bring two towels. Soap for washing your clothes. Water bottle as it is rec
