SUMMARY: August Ashtanga Yoga Weekend Workshop
DESCRIPTION:You can stay for two days.  Departure on Sunday at 2.30 p.m.\nProgramme: As
 htanga Yoga Asanas & Pranayama and Yin Yoga.\n The Fee is 330 Euro.\n \
 nNote that you can also connect this weekend with the retreat week before o
 r after.\n \nAll levels are welcome. Also complete beginners!!\n \nIf you h
 ave been to our retreat before and bring a new student, both you and the ne
 w student will get a discount of 40 Euro. This needs to be mentioned at boo
 king.\nTravel instructions \n Arrival on Friday at 5.30 p.m. at Hanko railw
 ay station and departure is on Sunday at 2.30 p.m. \n There is a train conn
 ection from Helsinki to Hanko approx. at 3.30 p.m. The train journey to Han
 ko takes approx. 2 hours. \nA Taxi van will pick you up at Hanko Main Railw
 ay Station at 5.30 p.m.  \n In case you are coming by car then the address 
 is Sandöströmmen 93A, 10900 Hanko. You can park your car safely at our harb
 our for the duration of your stay.\n\n What to bring\n Please bring sheets.
  If you don't have a yoga mat you can use one of the yoga mats provided. Wa
 rm clothes and a flash light.\n Bring two towels. Soap for washing your clo
 thes. Water bottle as it is recommended to drink a lot of water during your
