 ve been to our retreat before and bring a new student who has not been to t
 he island before, both you and the new student will get a \n discount of 40
  Euro.\n \n Travel instructions\n Arrival on Wednesday at 5.30 p.m. at Hank
 o railway station and departure is on Sunday at 2.30 p.m. \n There is a tra
 in connection from Helsinki to Hanko at 3.30 p.m. The train journey to Hank
 o takes approx. 2 hours.\n A taxi van will pick you up at Hanko Main Railwa
 y Station at 5.30 p.m. and take you to our harbour.\n In case you are comin
 g by car then the address is Sandöströmmen 93A, 10900 Hanko. You can park y
 our car safely at our harbour for the duration of your stay.\n \n What to b
 ring\n Please bring sheets. \n If you don't have a yoga mat you can use one
  of the yoga mats provided.\n Bring two towels. Soap for washing your cloth
 es. Water bottle as it is recommended to drink a lot of water during your s
