 ></strong>You can join our &nbsp;retreat on the following dates below and s
 tay for a weekend, a week or a total of eight days.<strong><strong><br />Po
 ssible arrival days are:&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /></strong></strong>Sunday 11th and
  Friday 16th of October.<strong> <br /></strong>Departure days are: Friday 
 16th, Sunday 18th and Monday 19th of October.<br /><br />There are two hour
 s of yoga asanas in the mornings and one hour of pranayama in the afternoon
 s. Besides this standard Ashtanga programme, there will be the additional p
 rogramme as mentioned below. (<em>Approx an other two more hours per day).<

 br /> </strong>One week (5 days from Sunday to Friday) is 600 Euro.<br />No
 rmal Weekend (2 days, Friday to Sunday) 330 Euro. <br /> Long weekend (3 da
 ys, Friday to Monday) 400 Euro. <br /><br /><strong><em>If you have been to
  our retreat before and bring a new student, both you and the new student w
 ill get a discount of 40 Euro. This needs to be mentioned at booking.</em><

 inners!!<br /> </em></strong><br /> <strong>Travel instructions<br /> </str
 ong>Arrival is at 5.30 p.m. at Hanko railway station and departure is at 2.
 30 p.m. <br /> There is a train connection from Helsinki to Hanko approx. a
 t 3.30 p.m. The train journey to Hanko takes approx. 2 hours.&nbsp;<br />A 
 Taxi van will pick you up at Hanko Main Railway Station at 5.30 p.m. &nbsp;
 <br /> In case you are coming by car then the address is Sandöströmmen 93A,
  10900 Hanko. You can park your car safely at our harbour for the duration 
 of your stay.<br /><br /> <strong>What to bring<br /> </strong>Please bring
  sheets.&nbsp;If you don't have a yoga mat you can use one of the yoga mats
  provided. Warm clothes and a flash light.<br /> Bring two towels. Soap for
  washing your clothes. Water bottle as it is recommended to drink a lot of
